CANCELLATION POLICY

Hey there! I totally understand that life happens and plans can change - all I ask is for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged 75% of the schedule service. The fee must be paid before rebooking future appointments. As an independent stylist, last-minute changes have a big impact, and your consideration helps keep my schedule running smoothly.
